Easy to assemble
The jigsaw puzzle frame is supplied as a handy construction kit and does not contain any glass at all. Thanks to the precisely calibrated interlocking system, the eight frame components can be assembled quickly and easily. The glued jigsaw is securely fastened in place by using the jigsaw base and the sturdy, four-part wood-fibre rear panel. The pre-drilled fixing holes ensure easy wall mounting.
Compactly packaged
Thanks to its clever construction, the puzzle frame can be packaged in a particularly space-saving way. The puzzle frame comes in handy packaging with the same dimensions as the 1000 pieces puzzle box. This saves space during transport, protects the frame and makes it a lovely gift idea.

How is the puzzle frame packaged to ensure it arrives safely?
We have designed a special shipping box (approx. 37.3 x 27.3 x 6.7 cm) to ensure your puzzle frame arrives safely. As the frame does not contain any glass but is made entirely of sturdy, premium MDF, there is no need to worry about breakage during transit.

Do I need to apply glue to my photo puzzle first before I can hang it up within the jigsaw frame?
The new 1000 pieces puzzle frame comes with puzzle glue included. You need to use this to secure your jigsaw, so that it can be fit firmly into the frame. Please find the instructions here.

Can I use any standard photo frame from a retail store for my photo puzzle?
Unfortunately, no, that won’t work. Only our puzzle frames are specially designed to fit the dimensions of our 1000 pieces photo puzzles. The precisely engineered interlocking system ensures a secure fit and stylishly showcases your jigsaw puzzle.

What material is the frame made of?
The decorative frame is made from high-quality premium fibreboard and contains no glass at all. The eight frame sections are joined together using sturdy plastic tongue-and-groove joints. Once the jigsaw puzzle has been glued together, it is placed on the foldable corrugated cardboard puzzle base and then secured in the frame against the sturdy wood fibre backing board. Raw materials from regional forests are used for the wood-based materials.
