What is SMART SORTED?
SMART SORTED is the innovative puzzle system from puzzleYOU, which comes into play in the Jigsaw Advent Calendar. Your 1000 pieces jigsaw puzzle is pre-sorted into 40 removable mini boxes with 25 pieces each. Both adults and children can now put together this large family puzzle with 1000 pieces. For a greater challenge, the contents of two or more mini boxes can be mixed up.

How many pieces does the Jigsaw Advent Calendar have?
The puzzleYOU Advent Calendar contains a personalised photo puzzle with 1000 pieces. Within 24 days, you put all together 40 segments. From one up to six segments with 25 puzzle pieces each await you every day. You can puzzle these segments one by one if you are short of time or collect and mix them for a longer puzzle session with a higher level of difficulty. Your personalised Jigsaw Advent Calendar will indicate which segments turn it is on which day.

How do I create a Jigsaw Advent Calendar?
You start by choosing a favourite from all your photographs and upload it in our shop. You may even upload up to 40 pictures if you like and create a collage. In our preview, you can choose from both classic and Christmas puzzle layouts. After having created the puzzle, the next step is to select a box; you will find beautiful Christmas box layouts to choose from - all at no extra charge.
Finally add a text of your choice to the box and your personalised Jigsaw Advent Calendar is ready.Tip: In our product designing program can be seen which segments of your jigsaw puzzle have to be put together on which Advent day by clicking: “» What comes next and when?”

How many photos do I need for the Jigsaw Advent Calendar?
It is entirely up to you whether you choose only one large photo or a collage with several smaller photos for your personal Jigsaw Advent Calendar. Our diverse and stylishly designed collage templates offer space for up to 40 photos. What is special: You can arrange the collage so that a new photo appears every day - On Christmas Eve, you will then have completed the puzzle with 24 photos.

How many pieces do I have to put each day?
Which mini-boxes have to be used and which pieces have to be put together, is clearly indicated. On some days in Advent you only have to take one mini-box (i.e. 25 pieces), on other days two mini-boxes (i.e. 50 pieces), four mini-boxes (i.e. 100 pieces) and on Christmas Eve it is the turn of the final 6 mini-boxes (i.e. 150 pieces).
Tip: The pieces within a mini-box are also pre-sorted. If in a hurry, simply tear open the box at the perforation and place the pieces one by one from left to right.

How soon can the Jigsaw Advent Calendar be delivered?
Our aim is; ordered today - shipped tomorrow! After having placed your order, we print your personalised Jigsaw Advent Calendar overnight and hand it over to the courier already the next day.
Please note: especially in the run-up to Christmas, delivery times may be a bit longer than usual. To make sure your parcel arrives in time for the 1st of December, we recommend ordering your Jigsaw Advent Calendar as early as possible.
